These Terms of Service govern your use of Chemistry AI and related services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided for educational and productivity purposes, including chemistry tutoring, explanations, and chemistry-related visual aids. You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

Our website, services, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or generate, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the services. By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the services.

AI Content and Safety

You may not use the services to create, request, upload, or distribute nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, sexually suggestive, or otherwise NSFW content.
You may not use the services to create unlawful, exploitative, abusive, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
You may not attempt to bypass, probe, disable, or reverse engineer any safety filter, usage limit, or moderation control.
We may review prompts, uploads, and generated results, reject requests, remove content, and suspend or terminate access to enforce these rules.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Account Changes

Paid monthly and yearly subscriptions are fulfilled according to the plan shown at checkout. Chemistry AI does not currently provide a self-service cancellation workflow or promise cash refunds through the website. A provider status or compatibility path in the software does not create a user entitlement to cancellation or refund.

If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise incorrect, email support@chemistryai.chat with your account email and order details. We will investigate the billing record and comply with any non-waivable rights under applicable law. Credit returns caused by a failed AI task are service credits, not cash refunds.

Prohibited Activities

Violating any applicable law, regulation, school rule, or third-party right.
Interfering with the operation, security, or availability of our services.
Attempting unauthorized access to our servers, accounts, networks, or data.
Uploading or transmitting malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or authority when using the services.
